Festive Formations is an expansion to a normal game of Virtual Quidditch. In this expansion, the field is marked with multiple coloured spaces. There are several sets of coloured spaces, each representing a different formation (play). To use a play, a team must occupy every coloured space for that formation, and must meet any position requirements and ball requirements to complete the play (these vary between plays). Once these conditions are met, the team receives a set of modifiers (determined by the play) and could potentially score a goal.

Stuff the Turkey
The original festive formation in celebration of Thanksgiving. In this play, one must imagine the centre Chaser as the body of the turkey and the two other Chasers as the legs of the turkey.
